Production Operator (GA SKBA)

Description We are seeking a hard-working Production Operator to assist in the manufacturing process. The Production Operator's responsibilities include maintaining a clean production area, preparing machinery and equipment for use, working on the production line as instructed, and strictly adhering to health and safety guidelines. Job Details: Pay: Day Shift: $17.00/hr Night Shift: $18.00/hr Schedule: Day Shift: 6:00 AM to 6:45 PM (12-hour shifts with a 3-day/4-day alternating schedule) Night Shift: 6:00 PM to 6:45 AM (12-hour shifts with a 3-day/4-day alternating schedule) Duties include: Operating production equipment according to standard procedures Performing quality checks, visual inspections, and collecting qualifying products Working in a clean, temperature-controlled environment Eligible for conversion to a permanent position after 480 hours Skills and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (required) Prior experience in manufacturing (preferred but not required) Excellent communication and teamwork skills Job Type: Full-time / Temp-to-hire
