Description: You will be the C2 Systems Development & Production PM - Level 5 for the Skunk Works Command & Control (C2) Systems team which is responsible for delivering high‑performance command‑and‑control solutions to our strategic customers. What You Will Be Doing As the C2 Systems Development & Production PM - Level 5 you will be responsible for driving the end‑to‑end development and production of C2 systems across multiple business units and geographies. Your responsibilities will include: Lead complex development programs with concurrent production. Manage medium‑large high‑strategic contracts and ensure contractual compliance. Align programs with cross‑platform mission requirements and stakeholder expectations. Identify, mitigate, and resolve programmatic risks to keep schedules on track. Support the C2 Systems Program Management organization across ongoing programs of record. Further Information About This Opportunity MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start. - Travel 25% or more to meet the needs of the business Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or higher - Program experience in complex, multi-year development and production programs for U.S. Government customers (DoD, NASA, or intelligence community). - Familiarity with C2 systems, software-intensive platforms, and autonomous solutions - Understanding of program financial measurements including EVMS and knowledge of program management processes. - Experience in Cost/Schedule Management and Performance Excellence. - Demonstrated experience developing, estimating, delivering and negotiating proposals - Active Secret Clearance Desired Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field - Active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for TS/SCI - Large scale development and production program experience - Working knowledge of Defense acquisition process. - Experience shaping medium to large programs to meet customer intent. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
