Family Nurse Practitioner

(Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Family-NP - We are seeking Family Nurse Practitioners to join a well-respected outpatient clinic to work on a PRN basis to cover shifts while the employed Providers are on vacation, maternity leave, illness leave and extended absences. The Provider would be working a 3|12 hour schedule in Merrillville. The Provider would manage an estimated 18-20 patients per day and provide routine primary care services and see patients across the life span. The Provider would see patients with minor Illnesses and injuries including; colds, flu, physical exams, diabetic management and managing other routine and chronic conditions. The FNP would enjoy an hourly rate of $55+ per hour with malpractice coverage.
