One in North Birmingham (Gardendale area) and the other in Huntsville Alabama. May have done residency in either PM&R or Anesthesia or Neurology with a one year fellowship in Interventional Pain. Competitive salary in the first year. Production model after 1st year with the potential to make considerably higher salary.
