Qualifications Stable work history and reliability in previous roles. VantageClear certification (or equivalent active security clearance) is required Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills. Reliable transportation to and from the facility. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and national background check.
