We are currently looking for an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician. This position will work on day to day preventative maintenance, maintenance requests and unit turnover along with the general upkeep of residential apartment buildings. We are looking for someone who is a team player and has superior customer service skills.Duties and Responsibilities: On-call and weekend rotationExcellent communication and people skills in order to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.Complete a broad range of preventative maintenance and repairs.Respond to work orders in a timely mannerPrepare vacant suites for presentation and move-insMaintain building interior and exteriorGrounds upkeepAppliance installation and troubleshootingInstalls, maintains and repairs plumbing fixturesBasic HVAC maintenance Gross Residential is celebrating over 100 years in business!
