With our recent shop expansion, we're growing and looking for talented technicians to grow with us.Automotive Service Technician Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Medium Duty Truck Technician to join our team at the Way Scarff Commercial Truck Center. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay, benefits, and a signing bonus for qualified candidates. You’ll work on a variety of vehicles—from light-duty trucks to medium-duty commercial vehicles—and play a key role in delivering the quality service our customers have come to expect.Automotive Service Technician Key Responsibilities: Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on various makes and models of light and medium-duty vehicles.Troubleshoot electrical systems and mechanical components.Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals.Use hand and power tools efficiently and safely.Maintain clear and professional communication with service staff and customers.Ensure timely and accurate completion of work orders and repairs. Automotive Service Technician Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in an automotive or truck shop environment.Solid mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills.Proven ability to work on commercial trucks and related systems.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.Dealership experience is a plus.
