Welder

Our client located in Waukesha and Slinger, WI. This is a direct hire position to their growing teams. This role offers 1st and 2nd shift openings and a $3 shift premium for 2nd shift.Pay rate: Based on experience Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Safely perform welding tasks with attention to detail and precision Interpret welding instructions and blueprints to bring projects to life Apply your knowledge of weld processes (Flux Core, Metal Core, GMAW, Sub Arc, etc.) Use forklifts and cranes to move materials safely Ensure the highest quality in every weld, verifying parts for accuracy Set up your welding machine like a pro, adjusting wire speed and voltage Collaborate with your team to solve challenges and meet project goals Experience and Skills: Minimum (2) two years of welding experience (working with large or structural weldments preferred) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stay active throughout the day A commitment to safety and quality Upon hire our client offers a competitive salary and benefits package after 30 days of employment that includes: Medical, Company Paid Dental, Company Paid Vision, Short Term Disability, Life Insurance, 401K, Profit Sharing, Tuition Reimbursement, Wellness Program and more.
