Director of Nursing

We are seeking a Director of Nursing for a well established Behavioral Health facility in the greater Cleveland, Ohio area. The Director of Nursing will be a highly visible position and must demonstrate superior leadership skills and clinical acumen working as an integral member of the executive team. The Director must have Masters Degree in Nursing (Psychiatric Nursing | CNS preferred) and have tenured experience working in a Psychiatric setting. The Director must have experience working in a setting whose principal diagnosis is a psychiatric disorder working on a psychiatric in-patient unit, out-patient setting but not a nursing home setting whose principal or primary diagnosis is chronic dementing organic mental disorder. Excellent compensation package including a starting base salary of $100,000 and benefits package which includes, Medical, Dental, 401K with matching contribution, 30 days of PTO and CEUs for continuing education.
