Position Summary The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting a variety of operational functions within the assigned department. This role ensures tasks are completed accurately, timely manner, and by company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will be a dependable and detail-oriented individual who thrives in both independent and team environments. Responsibilities Basic Duties Perform administrative duties following established procedures and departmental instructions. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence. Coordinate and schedule travel arrangements as needed. Prepare assigned reports and documentation. Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently. Complete data entry and process required paperwork accurately. Provide customer support for scheduling, collections, and necessary follow-ups. Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external contacts. Qualifications Required: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good time management and organizational abilities. Ability to work under direct supervision and independently. Dependability, integrity, and a team-oriented mindset. Mental stamina for repetitive tasks and consistent performance during the required work schedule. Preferred: Experience working in service and inspection environments, especially within construction or related industries Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics GP Background in construction administration Knowledge of permitting processes and requirements
