We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will inspect incoming raw materials, manufactured parts and components, and finished goods to ensure they meet all contract specifications, ISO standards, and internal quality program requirements. Working under general supervision, you will manage assigned inspections, resolve most issues independently, and collaborate with the Production Supervisor and Material Handlers to support smooth workflow from receiving to production.Essential Duties & Responsibilities Perform visual, dimensional, and content inspections on incoming materials and work in-process components. Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and SolidWorks drawings. Identify, quarantine, and document non-conforming materials during incoming, in-process, or final inspections. Maintain accurate and complete inspection records for all assigned tasks. Use precision measurement instruments such as calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and various gauges. Support continuous improvement and uphold quality standards across all inspection activities. Skills, Abilities & Knowledge Basic computer proficiency. Strong math and technical aptitude. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Solid understanding of quality control standards and testing methods. Ability to read and interpret job specifications, material documentation, shipping/receiving paperwork, shop drawings, blueprints, and schematics. Awareness of occupational hazards and commitment to safe work practices. Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to work collaboratively with team members. Ability to build positive working relationships across departments. Strong organizational skills with the ability to perform inspections consistently and thoroughly. Skill in using and maintaining inspection tools and equipment. Experience Two or more years of quality control experience in a manufacturing environment required. Background in electromechanical assemblies preferred.
