Description Affinity Health Center (AHC) is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Specialist to support our growing organization! As a member of AHC's Human Resources (HR) Team, this position will assist in finding, engaging, recruiting, and hiring talented and skilled professionals to join our health center. Additionally, this role will support leadership team members in fostering an employee experience rooted in Affinity's commitment to ensuring everyone is treated with compassion, dignity, and respect. The ideal candidate for this position is an HR practitioner with several years of professional experience in employment recruiting who wants to grow their career in talent acquisition and human resources at-large. Key Responsibilities Support the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. Collaborate with hiring leaders to understand role requirements and assist in creating job descriptions. Source candidates through job boards, social media, job fairs, networking, and referrals. Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders. Manage employee new hire surveys, conduct exit interviews, and analyze annual employee experience survey data to help amplify the entire employment cycle for Affinity Health Center staff. Help promote the Affinity experience in relation to agency recruitment and marketing efforts. Work in partnership with HR staff to draft offer letters, conduct background checks, and facilitate AHC's onboarding processes, as needed. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in compliance with AHC policy, and federal/state law. Stay up to date on industry trends, sourcing strategies, and field specific best practices as a human resource professional. Assist in human resources operations to support Affinity Health Center staff, contribute to the organizational employee experience, and aid AHC in its mission, vision, and values. Starting Pay Range: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour, based on education and experience. Experience with social media marketing, and using social media to source passive candidates. Position RequirementsQualifications A college degree in human resources or a relatable field, and/or a HR certification from HCRI or SHRM required. Professional experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, and human resources. Professional experience collaborating with various stakeholders throughout an organization including front-line employees and leadership team members. Fluent with employment recruitment tools such as social media and applicant tracking systems (ATS), in addition to basic computer skills/software such as Microsoft Office. Strong communication, organization, and time management skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. Positive attitude, curious, eager to learn, and committed to supporting AHC's ongoing efforts to enhance the health center's organizational culture. General knowledge of employment law, with emphasis on Equal Opportunity FMLA, FLSA, ERISA, ADA, Workers' Compensation, and other relevant labor regulations. Willing to provide administrative support to the HR and Leadership Team as needed. Dependable transportation to arrive at Affinity Health Center (main and/or satellite sites) and attend various community and recruitment events, such as job fairs.
