Key Job Details - Interventional Radiology Technician (Travel) Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308 - Leading Florida healthcare facility in a lively coastal city Assignment Type: Travel Interventional Radiology Technician job Unit: Heart Lab/Cath Lab Duration: 13-week contract (Start: January 12, 2026 - End: April 12, 2026) Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (8-hour days) On-Call: 3:30 PM - 7:00 AM (weekdays), 7:00 AM - 7:00 AM (weekends), every other week (10-15 days per month) Hours per Week: 40 Estimated Weekly Salary: $2150 - $2310 per week Employment Type: Travel healthcare contract Qualifications - Interventional Radiology Technician At least 1 year of recent experience as an Interventional Radiology Technician (neuro/stroke experience preferred) Valid Interventional Radiology Technician certification or license (Florida preferred) Ability to participate in scheduled on-call rotation Completion of all onboarding requirements (health screenings, background check, skills checklist, etc.) Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a clinical setting Responsibilities - Heart Lab/Cath Lab Radiology Tech Perform interventional radiology procedures in the Heart Lab and Cath Lab, including neuro and stroke interventions Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain advanced imaging equipment Monitor patient safety, comfort, and vital signs throughout procedures Participate in on-call coverage as scheduled for emergency radiology cases Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to hospital protocols and compliance standards Apply now to join our healthcare team in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and take the next step in your Interventional Radiology Technician career!
