Job Full Description ? NOW HIRING: Production Operator - Material Handler ? Location: Lakeville, MN ? Full-Time | 12 Hour Shifts ? Entry-Level Manufacturing Opportunity Ready to start your career in manufacturing? We're looking for a dependable Production Operator - Material Handler to join our team in a hands-on role working with food-grade powder production. You'll operate equipment, package product, and keep everything clean and safe-all while working closely with a team of 3-4 people in a supportive environment. ? What You'll Do: Work with your team to operate a food spray dryer and produce food powders Handle and package powdered food materials Maintain clean and sanitary equipment-following strict food safety standards Follow production procedures and meet all safety and quality requirements Lift and carry materials (up to 75 lbs lift / 50 lbs carry) as needed Stay on your feet-standing for up to 3 hours and walking for 9+ hours Support other team members to ensure smooth production flow ? Shifts Available (12-Hour Shifts): Day Shift: 5:30 AM - 6:00 PM Night Shift: 5:30 PM - 6:00 AM 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule: Week 1: Mon-Tues ON | Weds-Thurs OFF | Fri-Sun ON Week 2: Mon-Tues OFF | Weds-Thurs ON | Fri-Sun OFF Enjoy built-in long weekends every other week!
