Project Control Cost Manager Location: Syracuse, New York Duration: Temp to Hire (after 520 Hours) Pay $70 - $75/HR on W2 What Required Skills You'll Bring: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 12+ years of experience (15+ highly preferred) in project controls, including cost, scheduling, and change management. Strong engineering knowledge in electrical, mechanical, civil, or related fields. Proficiency with Project Controls software and Microsoft Office Suite. Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage complex projects. Familiarity with industry practices and project management methodologies. What Desired Skills You'll Bring: Previous experience in semiconductor manufacturing, data centers, wastewater treatment plants, or process plants. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to forecast and assess project performance. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. Experience customizing project control systems to meet specific project needs.
