This Sr. Financial Analyst supports Product Marketing Leadership's decision-making for new product development, costing, engineering, pricing and promotional strategies and overall health of the P&L.The Sr. Financial Analyst will partner with other finance leaders to achieve Milwaukee Tool's annual financial goals.You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities: Provide leadership, support, and guidance for Power Tool Categories and Engineering. Partner with business leaders to analyze monthly activity, build monthly forecasts, and communicate results to finance, and Power Tool leadership team. Work with cross functional departments to develop strategic product and customer road map Identify knowledge gaps and develop tools, processes, and models to provide meaningful information to internal customers. Develop peer relationships with other BU category leaders to drive consistency in reporting, analysis, and operational procedures and rhythm. Demonstrate a commitment to continuous process improvement. Identify and eliminate non-value-added activities and streamline processes. Demonstrate ability to manage multiple processes and prioritize appropriately. Assist in preparation of rolling 18 month forecast.
