Job Title: SR Quality Engineer Job ID: 23382 Location: 2001 West Client Way, Tempe Arizona 85281-5133 Duration: 12 Months Payrate: $55.00-60.00/hr on W2Must-Have Skills & Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 4+ years relevant experience OR Master's degree in Engineering with 2+ years relevant experience Medical Device Quality Experience Strong experience in process quality or manufacturing quality within a regulated medical device environment Solid understanding of FDA QSR, ISO 13485, and GMP requirements Process & Validation Expertise Hands-on experience with: Equipment Development IQ, Process Characterization, OQPQ Test Method Development & Validation (Attribute & Variable) MSA / Gage R&R Inspection & Manufacturing Quality Experience leading inspection optimization projects Knowledge of manual, automated, and semi-automated inspection methods Ability to support microelectronics or electronics manufacturing processes Quality Systems & Problem Solving Strong background in CAPA, Nonconformance investigations, Change Control Proficiency with structured problem-solving methods (DMAIC, 8D, Ishikawa) Experience with risk management (Process FMEA, Design FMEA) Data & Reporting Ability to develop and act on quality metrics, dashboards, and scorecards Working knowledge of statistical analysis, DOE, acceptance criteria Communication & Collaboration Strong technical writing and presentation skills Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and lead quality initiatives independently Tools Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
