Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Account Specialist to join our team. As an Account Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining customer relationships and ensuring the smooth operation of our agency. This position primarily involves outbound communication via calls, emails, and texts to our existing customer base. You will handle back-end tasks such as managing past due accounts, assisting with insurance underwriting, and addressing customer inquiries that have been escalated to the corporate office. The ideal candidate must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to obtain insurance licenses. Responsibilities: Establish and nurture relationships with customers through proactive communication. Efficiently manage assigned tasks and prioritize workload effectively. Thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling a high volume of activity daily. Promptly follow up with customers to address their needs and concerns. Utilize a customer-focused approach to educate customers on insurance options.
