Strong knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC), including modules like Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, CPQ or others. Proficiency in managing Agile frameworks, backlogs, and translating requirements into actionable user stories. Ability to collaborate effectively with SDET and DEV leads, ensuring accountability and quality delivery. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Responsibilities: Work with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements for the BAU team. Prioritize and manage product backlogs aligned with business objectives. Conduct sprint planning, refinements, and reviews while maintaining transparency with stakeholders. Drive cross-functional team alignment and monitor progress to achieve delivery milestones. Added Advantage: Candidates with T-Mobile (TMO) experience would be highly preferred. Existing resources rolling off from other projects and having relevant expertise would also be a great fit.
