Job Description

Long-Lewis of Alabaster is looking for a Quick Lane technician to join our growing team! The earning potential is based on Flat Rate Hours turned-giving you significant opportunities for financial growth. Technicians are responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance and light repair services in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Job Responsibilities: Performing oil changes, tire rotations and replacements, brake services, battery tests, and general vehicle maintenance. Inspecting vehicles and preparing detailed Vehicle Check-Up Reports. Servicing all makes and models, including diesel vehicles (a plus). Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. Providing exceptional service that meets Long-Lewis quality and customer satisfaction standards. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. Prior experience or training in automotive repair and maintenance. Valid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong physical stamina and dexterity for manual tasks. Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Why Long-Lewis?
