Job Title: Solution Architect - Microsoft Power Platform & AI Integration Location: Remote Fully Remote Location Requirement: Must reside in the United States Education Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience Equivalent experience is defined as one year of technical experience per year of college requested Master's Degree preferred Experience Requirements 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform 2+ years of experience with Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI Minimum 3 years of solution architecture experience as an individual contributor within a large enterprise IT environment Minimum 5 years of implementation experience in a large corporate IT environment utilizing: Shared infrastructure Shared services integration 10+ years of overall IT experience Experience estimating the financial impact of architecture alternatives Proven ability to lead and conduct trade-off analysis between short-term and long-term solutions Strong experience with: API and data integration Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) ETL technologies and tools SOAP, XML, WSDL UML modeling Platform integration Role Overview The Solution Architect (SA) provides leadership and facilitation throughout the Solution Architecture lifecycle. This role collaborates with Enterprise Architects, Technical Domain Owners, and Implementation Teams to drive architecture design and solution execution. The SA is responsible for developing target architecture documentation, reusable solution patterns, conducting technical trade-off analyses, and guiding implementation efforts to support transformation of the application portfolio. Primary focus areas include: Microsoft Power Platform Architecture Agentic AI and GenAI solution integration Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) Third-party and in-house integration, BPM, and services platforms Key Responsibilities Lead the creation and maintenance of: Target Architecture Documents Reusable Solution Patterns Technical trade-off analyses Architecture reviews and status updates Collaborate with Project Managers and technical leads to: Develop solution estimates Define implementation plans Serve as the architecture lead, coordinating efforts with internal and external technical teams Mentor technical leadership roles (e.g., Tech Leads, Application Architects, Infrastructure Architects) Define, document, and communicate enterprise integration standards, patterns, and technologies Ensure integration architecture aligns with enterprise-wide technology and business strategies Guide development teams through all phases of the project lifecycle Consult with infrastructure teams to align infrastructure solutions with integration architecture models Support high-availability, multi-tier application architectures Ensure solutions maintain an enterprise-wide architectural perspective Collaborate on standards for web applications and middleware Align integration architecture with: Security Architecture frameworks Enterprise Architecture frameworks Support performance modeling and scalability planning Engage with organizational change management initiatives Support all phases of established SDLC methodologies Required Knowledge & Skills Strong leadership and facilitation skills Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and negotiation abilities Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to balance long-term strategic vision with short-term execution Ability to apply multiple technical and architectural solutions to business problems Additional Notes Mandatory Requirements: Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, GenAI, and Agentic AI is non-negotiable.
