Automotive Biller

Planet Ford Dallas has an outstanding opportunity for a full time results-focused and driven Biller. The ideal candidate will: Receive all deals from New, Pre-Owned and Finance Departments Verify deal contents and communicate with Sales & F&I team for items needed for compliance and accuracy Distribute lender packets for funding through RouteOne Issue and overnight checks for payoffs on trade-ins Post all sales transactions to accounting and dealership DMS. Maintain multiple schedules including; Contract in Transit, Incentives, Payoff's, etc.. Assist with other functions in accounting as needed Requirements: Automotive Accounting and Reynolds & Reynolds experience strongly preferred Some billing experience preferred, but not required. Willing to train the right person. Computer proficiency required Detail oriented Ability to work with little supervision with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines Valid Texas Drivers License Ability to pass pre-employment screenings including background and drug screen We strive for a superior customer experience and believe our Associates should have the same superior experience.
