This role will be pivotal in ensuring the quality, safety, and daily compliance of EPIC iO's product manufacturing processes. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising and training new assemblers, as well as guiding and supporting existing team members and communicating project status. Additionally, they are expected to actively collaborate with the team to implement improvements that enhance performance and optimize the quality of our EPICiO products. Responsibilities & Tasks Foster and facilitate effective communication among team members and various departments. Ensure each assembler meets established quality standards for EPIC iO products. Supervise efficiency and the work environment within the Construction Center. Ensure strict adherence to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and create detailed documentation to reinforce best practices. Ensure quality and consistency in all assembly stages, including proper use of raw materials and craftsmanship skills. Proactively communicate any inventory needs to ensure smooth operations. Participate in special production initiatives as needed to meet EPIC iO objectives. Build and maintain team trust through effective leadership and ongoing support. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in accordance with EPIC iO standards. Required Qualifications Background in Industrial, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Certifications in Operations Management or Project Management are highly valued. Ability to maintain composure, organization, and flexibility in a dynamic environment. Capacity to receive and apply constructive feedback for continuous improvement. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demand high performance and quality standards from their team. Meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in computer tools and previous experience with ERP or MRP systems. Basic knowledge of electricity and practical wiring skills will be valued. Sense of humor and ability to work effectively in a team. Desired Qualifications Ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics. Wire harness routing and fabrication experience. Bilingual, especially fluent in Spanish, is a plus. Experience utilizing Monday.com, Teams, and Fishbowl. Physical Requirements The job is located on a shop floor, and individuals will be primarily standing during their work activities.
