We're currently seeking a Small Commercial Superintendent to lead and inspire our electrical field teams in delivering high-quality small commercial projects from start to finish. Our Core Values (STREIB)Solution Focused Teamwork Reliability Excellence Integrity Be Streib Position Overview As a Small Commercial Superintendent, you will oversee all aspects of small commercial electrical projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You'll be the bridge between the field and project management, leading foremen and electricians, building strong client relationships, and driving Streib's values through your leadership. Key Responsibilities Lead small commercial electrical projects from planning through closeout Manage on-site field teams, including electricians and foremen Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and code standards Coordinate scheduling, materials, and manpower to keep projects on track Act as the point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams Foster a culture of accountability, positivity, and growth on every job site Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to field team members Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times Qualifications Minimum 5 years of commercial electrical experience Minimum 2 years in a leadership or superintendent role Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred OSHA 30 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Strong communication and team leadership skills High-energy, organized, and solutions-driven with a positive mindset Ability to work collaboratively with field and office teams Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sites if needed Work Schedule Full-time, Monday-Friday Occasional weekend work may be required depending on project timelines Why Join Streib?Exceptional Benefits: 100% paid medical, dental, and life insurance for employees and their children 401k with 100% match up to 3% Paid Time Off and company-paid holidays, including extended Christmas Break Career development and advancement opportunities Supportive leadership team committed to your growth Fast-paced, people-first environment with a strong team culture "We don't just build projects; we build people."
