ELECTRICAL ENGINEER III (ENG03) - CLEARED | TUCSON, AZ Openings: 3 Pay: $60 to 80/hr- depends on expderience Duration: 12 months- could extend or convert to perm Program: TEE Site: Tucson, AZ Schedule: 9/80 Work Location: Onsite Clearance: Active Secret required Citizenship: U.S. Description • Senior Electrical Engineer on TEE efforts. • Own mid-level leadership on design projects. • Accountable for scope, cost, and schedule. • Develop test systems for lab and factory. What You Will Do • Design, develop, and integrate test systems, TIAs, and cabling. • Create schematics, wiring, and technical documentation. • Perform circuit analysis and verification. • Lead reviews. Coordinate integration and validation. • Troubleshoot issues and drive root-cause actions. • Interface with cross-functional teams and production lines. Qualifications You Must Have • Bachelor's in STEM and 5+ years experience, or advanced STEM with 3+ years. • Active Secret. U.S. citizen. • Electrical design, analysis, and test. • Tools: Altium, DX Designer, Mentor Capital, Creo Schematic. • Instruments: oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, power meters. • Schematic capture and interpretation. Qualifications We Prefer • M.S. in STEM. ABET preferred. • Team technical leadership. • Analog, digital, and RF design. • Digital and mixed-signal interconnect design and test. • Use of IDEs and debugging tools for HW/SW troubleshooting. • Self-starter. Meets deadlines. Team oriented. • Strong technical writing and presentation skills. • Lead single or multidisciplinary teams. • Project management and proposals. • Computer architecture and hardware optimization. • Programming language development for test. • Re-use of existing designs for new UUTs. • Troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
