In order to be on the teachers substitute list you must have a high school diploma, GED certificate, and/or college hours. Substitutes must be fingerprinted-Senate Bill 9. Thank you for your interest in being a substitute for Devine ISD. Daily Rates: $75.00 non-degreed and $85.00 degreed.
