HVAC Project Estimator - Industrial & Commercial Oxford Solutions is working with a local client looking for an experienced HVAC Project Estimator for a direct hire, onsite role based in the Pittsburgh area. This position focuses on estimating industrial and commercial HVAC projects and plays a key role in supporting ongoing growth. Responsibilities Prepare accurate cost estimates for plan/spec and design-build HVAC projects Estimate industrial and commercial HVAC systems and related components Maintain estimating logs, unit pricing, and cost databases Perform site surveys and attend pre-bid walkthroughs as needed Review drawings and specifications to ensure complete scope coverage Collaborate with sales and project management teams to support projects being delivered within budget and per specifications Qualifications 5+ years of estimating experience within the HVAC industry Proven experience estimating industrial and commercial HVAC projects Strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, and components Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Experience with estimating software, including Quickpen or similar tools Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Strong communication skills and attention to detail Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment About Oxford Solutions Oxford Solutions is a staffing partner specializing in engineering, technical, and professional roles.
