About: Full-time position Location: Gaithersburg, MD The Role: The Global Clinical Program Lead (GCPL) will work closely with the Business Development and Immunology teams to identify unmet medical needs and guide efficient clinical development strategies for immunology assets, particularly in rare or specialized patient populations. The GCPL reports to the VP of Late Stage Immunology Clinical Development. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Business Development to identify and evaluate new immunology opportunities. Serve as lead clinical reviewer for immunology assets and contribute to strategic planning. Guide clinical trial design, delivery, and patient engagement strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Provide clinical and scientific input to regulatory submissions, ethics committees, and investigator queries. Represent immunology in Global and Clinical Product Teams and support governance and publication strategies. Mentor new team members and contribute to clinical trial improvements. Maintain awareness of emerging advances in immunology and build relationships with external collaborators. Basic Qualifications: MD, MBBS, or equivalent medical degree. Minimum 5 years' experience in immunology, rheumatology, allergy, or autoimmune clinical development. Strong knowledge of clinical trial design, biostatistics, regulatory processes, and pharmacovigilance. Proven ability to lead clinical programs, communicate effectively, and quickly adapt to new disease areas.
