You’ll support Float, Infrared Sauna, and Massage services by keeping rooms reset, supplies stocked, and the overall space flowing smoothly. This is a back-of-house role with light guest interaction and a strong focus on consistency and standards.What You’ll Be DoingCleaning and resetting Float and Infrared Sauna rooms between guests (quick, efficient room flips)Maintaining a pristine spa environment — rooms, lounge areas, and bathroomsRestocking towels, robes, amenities, and supplies throughout your shiftAssisting with laundry and general spa organizationMonitoring and recording Float pool water levels (training provided)Supporting Massage Therapists by preparing rooms and enhancements when neededTracking inventory usage and assisting with stock organizationCommunicating with the Front Desk to support smooth guest flowMaintaining a calm, quiet presence that protects the spa’s peaceful atmosphereThis Role Is Perfect For Someone Who Is:Reliable and punctual (this matters a lot here)Detail-oriented and takes pride in clean, organized spacesComfortable staying active and moving between tasksCalm under pressure and respectful of quiet environmentsA team player who enjoys supporting others behind the scenesLooking for steady work in a wellness-focused settingPrevious spa, hospitality, or cleaning experience is a plus — but not required.
