Share live music, singing, or karaoke. ? Offer comfort through certified pet visits. ? Provide relaxation with Reiki or gentle massage. ? Simply be present through conversation or quiet companionship. Commitment: Just 1–2 hours a week can bring peace and joy to someone"s day.
