Classification: Contract to Hire Contract Length: 12-months Position Summary RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Developer - Senior The team creates enterprise level automations relying on industry best practices. You’ll also lead initiatives related to designing and managing workflow automation projects, testing and fixing bugs. To be successful, you’ll need experience in technologies including UiPath and Automation Anywhere. This is an onsite role in Nashville TN with some work from home flexibility. Responsibilities RPA Developer Responsibilities: • Develop automations with UiPath Studio/Studio Pro • Provide guidance with process design. • Enhance/Support existing automations • Work collaboratively with Business Analysts on project requirements • Work collaboratively with business SMEs on project requirements • Work in an Agile/Scrum team environment • Continuous Integration • Unit Testing Requirements 1/. API Development & Integration REST, SOAP, GraphQL API authentication/authorization (OAuth2.0, JWT, API Keys) Postman / Swagger / OpenAPI experience 2/. Automation & Orchestration RPA tools (UiPath, Power Automate, or similar) Scripting for automation (C#, PowerShell, Python, Bash) Workflow engines (Airflow, Node-RED, n8n, or similar) CI/CD pipeline automation (GitHub, GitLab) 3/. Containers & Cloud Docker (build, compose, troubleshooting) Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) 4/. Databases SQL (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, DB2, Oracle) Query optimization and stored procedures 5/. Proof of Concept (POC) / Rapid Prototyping Ability to quickly design, test, and demonstrate solutions Familiar with agile iteration cycles
