Salary and Benefits Hourly rate: $32.00 - $48 (based on years of experience) Sign-on Bonus: $10,000 for days and $20,000 for nights Days, Nights, and mixed shifts available in patient and FSED Night Shift diff: $4.25 Health Insurance Dental and Vision Insurance Paid Vacation Days Paid Sick Time Paid Holidays Health Savings Account Long-Term/Short-Term Disability Life Insurance 401(k) Plan with a 100% match on 3% to 9% of pay Full Support Staff Responsibilities In this role, you will provide nursing care on cases ranging from minor injuries to acutely or critically ill patients. Triage, assess and treat patients of all ages Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient and the situation Develop plans that prescribe strategies and alternatives to attain expected outcomes. Manage multiple cases simultaneously, providing general nursing care and prioritizing needs continually Provide follow-up care instructions to patients and make necessary referrals Coordinate functions with physicians and other departments of the hospital while being patient-focused and safety-aware at all times Requirements 1 year of Recent (within the last 2-3 years) Acute Care RN experience Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain a Florida license after relocation. Registered Nurse Diploma or Associate Degree Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of the employment start date Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of the employment start date Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 6 months of the employment start date PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date Be a quick thinker, decision-maker, and multitasker, with a willingness to adapt to whatever the day may bring.
