Responsibilities Our technicians are the core of our business. They are the face of the company and deliver top of the class customer service and impeccable quality on every job by. As a lead technician, you will oversee all technicians - manage, train and lead by example in addition to being an hands on technician on jobs. Lead Technician Assist in hiring, training and managing of new technicians. Keep accurate records, scheduling jobs, overseeing jobs Keeping warehouse organized, ordering products and keeping inventory up to date Providing estimates for potential jobs, providing on-site measurements for accurate estimates Cleaning & preparing wood cabinets including taping and masking off areas, minor repairs to cabinet boxes and doors Light carpentry Spray and/or rolling finished cabinetry using our patented products and following our patented processes General job site & small tool maintenance and cleaning Install new door hinges, drawer guides and hardware Communicate with clients durning job addressing any concerns or change they may have Keep record of time for each completed project Communicates and interacts well with our customers Ability to work well in a team environment Qualifications Detailed Oriented Good communication skills Ability to work well in both a team environment or independently Reliable and hardworking Professional appearance and demeanor Loves working with people Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Isn't afraid to work with their hands Comfortable not working in an office Some sales experience (preferred) Experience painting with a spray gun is a plus but training is available Ability to work Mon - Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm Benefits Flexible work from home options available.
