Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Server. The Server will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests by providing energetic and enthusiastic food and beverage service. Responsibilities: - Anticipate the individual needs of the guests and provide tailored recommendations - Record, input, and close guests' orders while maintaining a high attention to detail - Retain comprehensive, up-to-date menu knowledge - Ensure guest satisfaction and retention - Adhere to food and beverage timing and safety standards - Collaborate effectively with team members to provide seamless service - Demonstrate a commitment to the preservation of The Breakers culture and executing the highest standards of service Qualifications: - Prior experience in the food and beverage industry required - Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail - A positive attitude and a genuine desire to provide outstanding guest service - Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed
