Responsibilities Lead a high-performing clinical team dedicated to the highest standards of infant care by mentoring staff and hiring top talent to foster a culture of professional growth and excellence. Optimize unit workflows and clinical policies to ensure the seamless, efficient delivery of world-class patient care. Resolve complex care delivery challenges by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve outcomes for newborns and their families. Manage unit resources and operational budgets to ensure the team has the necessary tools and staffing to provide uninterrupted, high-quality service. Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required. Education: Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required. Additional Preferences Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Minimum 1 year of formal experience in an RN leadership role (e.g., Charge Nurse, Supervisor, or Manager).
