Ability to access emails. Clean vacant apartments Utilize hand and power tools. Inspect property for damages. Follow company policy. Ability to move and carry 50lbs. Able to use ladders if needed. Valid DL and Insurance May be tasked with cleaning outside of apartment in cold weather. Ability to climb crawl or kneel. Must be mobile and moving around.
