Key Responsibilities: Clinical Integration: Ensure seamless integration of EHR systems with clinical workflows to enhance patient care through extensive knowledge of healthcare policies and legacy systems. Technology Advocacy: Spearhead the development and implementation of technological advancements that elevate clinical practices and patient experiences. Leadership: Lead and inspire a diverse group of healthcare professionals to foster innovation and collaboration. Change Management: Guide change management efforts to facilitate smooth transitions and successful adoption of new technologies and practices. Data Utilization: Use data science techniques to support strategic decision-making, optimize clinical processes, and drive improvement in patient outcomes. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote clinical best practices and establish high healthcare delivery standards. Continuous Improvement: Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement by regularly refining clinical practices and processes for superior patient care. Additional Responsibilities: Population Optimization: Drive improvements across all pharmacist workflows by focusing on population-level performance enhancements. Data Management and Analysis: Manage and analyze healthcare data to generate insights that enhance patient care and operational efficiency. Knowledge Transfer: Deliver essential training and knowledge transfer to staff and stakeholders for better operational outcomes. Informatics and Strategy: Act as a crucial link between IT professionals and clinical teams, ensuring that technological advancements align with clinical needs. Clinical Informatics Relationships: Build strong relationships within clinical informatics to facilitate successful integration and optimization efforts. Support Events: Assist in organizing on-site events that promote knowledge sharing and best practices across disciplines. Qualifications: Education: Doctor of Pharmacy with active and unrestricted state pharmacist license. Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in a clinical setting, including leadership roles in healthcare or informatics. Skills: Deep understanding of healthcare policies, practices, and legacy systems. Expertise in EHR technology and integration in clinical environments. Demonstrated ability in leading change and driving organizational transformation. Strong analytical skills in data science to empower clinical decision-making. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. Proven leadership in multidisciplinary team settings. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in healthcare informatics. Experience with EHR migration or implementation projects. Disclaimer: Note: Certain customer or client-facing roles may need to comply with specific immunization and health mandates. Compensation: The annual salary range is between $97,500 and $199,500.
