Senior Workday Integrations Lead

Our client is in the midst of a Workday implementation and is seeking a Senior Workday Integrations Lead to own and drive integrations end to end. This is a hands-on, highly visible leadership role responsible for designing, building, and supporting critical Workday integrations across the enterprise, with strong long-term potential beyond initial implementation. Responsibilities & Qualifications Lead end-to-end Workday integrations across HCM, Financials, Payroll, and third-party systems Design, build, and support inbound and outbound integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and APIs Serve as the primary integration SME, providing technical leadership during implementation and post-go-live phases Partner closely with business stakeholders, Workday implementation partners, and internal IT teams Oversee data flows, troubleshooting, testing, and ongoing enhancements Ensure integration reliability, scalability, and alignment with business requirements Requirements Strong experience leading Workday integrations in complex enterprise environments Hands-on expertise with Workday integration tools (Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, APIs) Proven ability to lead integration strategy and execution in an implementation setting Experience within financial services, asset management, or similarly regulated environments preferred Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
