We're seeking a Relief Van Driver who will provide non-medical transportation for individuals with developmental disabilities and assist with direct care duties when not driving. This flexible, hands-on role supports both safe transportation and daily care needs. Pay: $19.75-$20.75Hours: Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm; hours may vary based on resident's appointment needs.Key Responsibilities: Safely transport residents using company vehicles (vans, wheelchair vans, shuttles) Operate wheelchair lifts and secure mobility devices properly Maintain vehicle cleanliness and complete documentation Assist residents with daily living needs, personal care, and community outings Provide support that respects and promotes individual rights and safety Respond appropriately in emergencies and follow safety procedures Heinzerling Benefits: Comprehensive paid training program Immediate accrual of Paid Time Off from your first day Retirement plan with 50% company match Tuition reimbursement opportunities Medical, dental, and vision coverage is available starting on the 1st of the month after just 60 days of employment Requirements: Must be 21 or older Valid Ohio Driver's License (max 5 points) and clean driving record Valid auto insurance At least 3 years of driving experience Able to provide a driver's abstract Must pass a BCI/FBI background check and not be on any abuse registries Strong attendance record Must complete: Driving test with Director of Facilities and Safety Wheelchair securement training CPR & First Aid certification Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
