Key Responsibilities: Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, eating, and hygiene Support the nursing team by monitoring and reporting changes in resident conditions Take and record vital signs, weights, and input/output as directed Ensure residents' comfort, safety, and dignity at all times Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas Communicate effectively and compassionately with residents, families, and team members Participate in care planning and implementation under the direction of licensed nursing staff Qualifications: Active Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) certification in the state of MD Active Geriatric Nursing Assistant ( GNA ) certification in the state of MD Previous long-term care or skilled nursing facility experience preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and dependable with a strong work ethic The facility is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws. #VenzaCNA
