OverviewJoin a Team That Keeps Operations Running at Their Best We're looking for a hands-on, dependable Maintenance Technician who takes pride in keeping equipment, systems, and facilities operating safely and efficiently. If you enjoy solving problems, working independently, and being a key contributor to plant performance, this is the role for you. What You'll Do As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a critical role in maintaining our production and facility systems, including: Perform preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment Change filters on APU units, dye tanks, nickel seals, and other process equipment Maintain cooling towers and monitor overall system performance Add acid to air scrubbers on a scheduled basis to prevent algae growth Monitor and document scrubber pressure drops; report irregularities promptly Perform general equipment maintenance and repairs Assist with facility upkeep including painting, snow removal, and grounds maintenance Support special projects and additional duties as assigned What We're Looking For Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Experience with preventive maintenance programs Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace Willingness to contribute ideas for improving processes, safety, and efficiency Strong focus on workplace safety and proper use of protective equipment What We Value Team players who communicate clearly Individuals who look for ways to improve processes Safety-first mindset Accountability and dependability Benefits Summary We offer the following benefits to All Employees immediately upon hire: Next-Day Pay: Don't wait for payday; access your daily pay the next day!
