QC Inspector

Job Title: Quality Control Technician Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to support our production and engineering teams. This role ensures that products meet company and industry standards through inspection, testing, and documentation. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Responsibilities Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections on materials, components, and finished products. Conduct measurements using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other QC tools. Document inspection results clearly and accurately. Identify defects, non-conformances, and deviations; escalate issues to supervisors or engineering. Maintain clean and organized workstations to support quality and safety standards. Assist with root-cause analysis and corrective action efforts when needed. Ensure compliance with company SOPs and quality standards. Support production team with quality-related inquiries and feedback. Essential Skills 1+ year of experience in quality control, manufacturing, assembly, or a related field (preferred). Familiarity with basic inspection tools and measurement equipment. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, or spec sheets (preferred). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to stand, lift, and work in a hands-on manufacturing environment. Reliable and punctual. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with microscopes, micrometers, and calipers. Experience in the medical device industry. 2+ years of experience. Ability to ask questions and seek clarification.
