PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES In collaboration with the Production Supervisor, the Painter will apply powder paint to parts at consistent thickness. The Painter will hang parts or take parts off of the racks. The Painter will perform silk screen process and move paint carts in and out of the oven. JOB INTERACTIONS AND INTERFACE This role interacts with internal staff in: Punch Press, Machine Shop, Engineers, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources. DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIESESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Apply powder paint to parts so that surface has consistent thickness of 2mm Perform silk screen process successfully Operate with the utmost attention to safety of self and others Clean paint booth and keep equipment in good working order Work well within a team of professionals and independently Stand for long periods of time Comply and align daily tasks while meeting deadlines Work to exceed WINCO's quality and safety standards Other duties as assigned Who You Are You are someone that likes to work and collaborate with others.
