You will see approx. 15-25 patients per day and have in office support as well as Catalyst support teams including 24/7 care team support, referral coordinators and more. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Functions independently to perform a broad range of medical services including, but not limited to the following: Providing direction, coordination, and evaluation of patient care deliveryPatient assessmentAge appropriate history and physicalDiagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditionsOrdering and interpreting diagnostic tests such as lab work and x-rays relative to a patients specific needsAnnual examsEducating patients on disease prevention and positive health and lifestyle choicesDocumenting encounters in the Athena EMR MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Current Texas license and certificationGraduate of an accredited NP/PA programExperience as an NP or PA in an outpatient clinic settingCompetent with electronic medical records (EMR) systemsAbility to exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion, and decision-making PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years related experience preferably in an Internal Medicine or Primary Care outpatient settingAthena EMR experience COMPETITIVE BENEFIT PACKAGE: Compensation commensurate with experienceUncapped Bonus ProgramMedical, Dental, Vision Insurance401K with employer matchHealth Savings Account optionsPaid Holidays and PTOReferral ProgramsShort/Long term disability InsuranceAnnual CME allowanceMalpractice cost coveredTX license fee coveredDEA cost coveredAt Catalyst, we believe in the power of relationships.
