job summary: A Construction Project Engineer / Project Closeout Specialist is needed for a leading construction organization in the Columbus, OH area. The Project Engineer / Closeout Specialist is responsible for assisting with the final phase of construction operations, ensuring all finishing touches meet our standards before client handover. You will be responsible for the seamless transition of the project, managing final trade coordination and the resolution of all outstanding project documentation. Your primary goal is to secure formal project acceptance through meticulous management of the final /"punch list/" and close-out tasks. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a construction or engineering-related field or possess at least three years of equivalent hands-on industry experience.
