Position Description: deciBel Research has an immediate opening for a program integrator on the Short and Intermediate Effectors for Layered Defense (SHIELD) program. Responsibilities Include: Support product office leadership on M-SHORAD Increment 4 program development and acquisition planning. Develop stakeholder integration relationships to ensure they function together seamlessly. Codify technical objectives to develop an acquisition plan, schedule, and life-cycle cost estimate. Candidate must be a self-starter with HQDA knowledge and experience Education Requirements: Bachelor of Science degree and nine years' experience. Experience Requirements: Establishing IPTs and guiding members who provide expertise in engineering, test, acquisition, logistics, and business functional areas toward mission objectives based on the integrated master schedule. Communicating and coordinating internal stakeholders and external partners. Developing and presenting short and long-range program planning objectives. Assisting with developing program management plans, program reviews, budgeting, and execution briefs. Supporting planning, programming, budgeting, and execution (PPB&E) efforts. Identifying and mitigating cost, schedule, technical risk, and barriers. Assisting with the development maintenance of: Program management and milestone documentation Integrated master schedules Statements of work and other contract documentation Analyzing contractor performance data and recommending solutions to performance, schedule, and cost issues. Ensuring that program requirements are properly identified and executed in accordance with Agency and DOD acquisition regulations and policies. Highly Proficient in MS Office, especially Power Point Special Skills Desired: Acquisition experience directly related to the DOD 5000 series and program planning & execution Understanding of the Adaptive Acquisition Framework Knowledge and some experience supporting the Army Risk Management Framework (RMF) Applicant selected must have an active Secret security clearance. Must be a U.S. Citizen.
