Job Full Description Part-Time Collections - $17/hr Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring for a REMOTE, Part-Time Collections positon. Responsibilities: Handle billing and collections inquiries Generate revenue for clients by ensuring timely and accurate payments. Assist consumers in preventing home repossession through financial planning. Perform basic office duties such as faxing documents, typing invoices, and answering phones. Demonstrate proficiency email etiquette and communication skills. Exhibit outstanding follow up skills to maintain consumer/client relationships. Sit and talk on the phone via headset for extended periods of time. Qualifications: Meet the assigned minimum number of phone calls/attempts/accounts per day. Typing score of 40 WPM. Maintain attention to detail in data entry and recording conversations. Be familiar with applicable software, learn FDCPA laws, and state laws. Proven performance in calls, contracts, promises, payment overage, and all elements of bank and retail collections (preferred). Ability to work independently from home in a quiet, uninterrupted environment. Understanding of the negotiation process to obtain maximum possible payments. Ability to take constructive criticism and strive for success. High School Diploma or equivalent. Stellar attendance and punctuality are required.
