About the Job Now Hiring OTR CDL-A Drivers - Dry Van & Flatbed Options Looking for strong miles and reliable weekly pay? We're bringing on experienced CDL-A drivers for Dry Van and Flatbed positions. Dry Van runs pay $0.65 per mile, while Flatbed drivers earn $0.70 per mile plus $25 per tarp. Drivers average 3,000-4,000 miles per week, and all miles are paid - loaded and empty. Pay is calculated Monday through Monday, with direct deposit every Friday. This is a 1099 contractor role. The company is headquartered in Chicago, and we take care of your flight and drug test. Orientation is quick and streamlined - just a few hours, and you're ready to roll. You'll operate 2020-2026 automatic trucks (Volvo, Freightliner, Peterbilt, Kenworth, International). Freight moves across the Midwest, East Coast, and Southern regions.
