Creative Operations Manager

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Strategy & Operations Manager (Creative Operations) for a growing, mission-driven B2B services and technology organization. This is a hybrid role with in-person collaboration expected as a new Dallas-Fort Worth hub is established. While the company operates globally, candidates must be local to DFW and open to building an in-person creative and operational presence. POSITION OVERVIEW: This role is designed for a highly adaptable, hands-on operations leader who thrives in creative, fast-moving environments and enjoys bringing structure to ambiguity. The Strategy & Operations Manager will work cross-functionally across operations, marketing, sales, and creative teams to drive execution, unlock momentum, and increase leadership bandwidth. This position plays a key role in shaping how teams collaborate globally while helping launch and operationalize a new Dallas-based collaboration hub.
