Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Strategy & Operations Manager (Creative Operations) for a growing, mission-driven B2B services and technology organization. This is a hybrid role with in-person collaboration expected as a new Dallas-Fort Worth hub is established. While the company operates globally, candidates must be local to DFW and open to building an in-person creative and operational presence. POSITION OVERVIEW: This role is designed for a highly adaptable, hands-on operations leader who thrives in creative, fast-moving environments and enjoys bringing structure to ambiguity. The Strategy & Operations Manager will work cross-functionally across operations, marketing, sales, and creative teams to drive execution, unlock momentum, and increase leadership bandwidth. This position plays a key role in shaping how teams collaborate globally while helping launch and operationalize a new Dallas-based collaboration hub. PERKS: Competitive compensation package with a strong base salary and performance upside Significant exposure to senior and executive leadership with clear growth and development opportunities Dedicated paid learning time every week to support skill-building, experimentation, and curiosity Purpose-driven culture with opportunities to support nonprofit partnerships and community impact initiatives RESPONSIBILITIES: Partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive execution across operations, marketing, sales, and creative initiatives Bring clarity and structure to complex or ambiguous projects by building workflows, systems, and operating processes Act as a hands-on problem solver, stepping in wherever needed to unblock teams and move work forward Support creative and marketing workflows by collaborating directly with designers and growth-focused teams Drive initiatives end-to-end with a focus on impact, ownership, and results rather than rigid job boundaries Contribute to the development and launch of a collaborative Dallas-based hub while supporting globally distributed teams QUALIFICATIONS: Proven experience operating in cross-functional strategy, operations, or creative operations roles within fast-paced or growth-stage environments Strong comfort working alongside creative teams, including product design, brand design, and marketing Ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and make progress without heavy oversight Founder-adjacent mindset with the ability to collaborate directly with executive-level leadership Excellent communication skills and confidence working across global teams, time zones, and cultures COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: This role offers a highly competitive salary of $150,000-$175,000 range, depending on experience and alignment.
