Follow this link to apply: myapps.kwiktrip.com Location: Department 669 Shift: Daytime Experience: 5+ years Pay Range: $53,680.12 to $80,519.92 Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker's gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more. The Benefits Administrator plays a key role in ensuring coworker benefits programs are administered effectively, legally compliant, and aligned with organizational goals. This position supports coworkers by addressing benefits needs, improving program efficiency, and enhancing overall coworker satisfaction. As a Benefits Administrator, this role also provides leadership, strategic insight, and mentorship to the Benefits team. Primary Job Responsibilities Develop and oversee longterm benefits strategies aligned with organizational goals. Evaluate and recommend enhancements to benefits offerings based on market trends and coworker needs. Coach and support Benefits Coordinator I and II team members on plan administration and coworker support. Lead and mentor Benefits Coordinator I and II team members. Provide training to strengthen team skills and knowledge. Deliver inperson benefits presentations to departments across the company. Manage relationships with brokers, insurance carriers, and vendors to ensure optimal service and cost efficiency. Negotiate contracts, renewals, and service agreements with benefits providers. Ensure companywide adherence to all benefitsrelated legal and regulatory requirements. Lead audits and prepare compliance documentation for executive review. Qualifications Associate Degree required 4-6 years of experience in benefits administration or related HR functions Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Prior experience with insurance and benefit plans, including interpreting plan language Knowledge of ERISA and other government regulations Understanding of HR practices and applicable laws Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to maintain strict confidentiality Strong customer service orientation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to teach, coach, and mentor others Work Schedule This is a fulltime position.
